Play doh box template for Cricut and Silhouette

Hello!

In today's post, I'll show you this cute Box template for Play doh 1 oz!

The template is a blank template so you can decorate the template with the theme of your choice!

Supplies:

- Play doh 1 oz Box Template

- Cutting machine such as Cricut, Silhouette or Scissors or craft knife

- Silicone glue (Similar glue)

- 65 lb Cardstocks or 80 lb cardstocks

- 36 lb Glossy Photo paper for the tag of the Play doh. You could also use sticker paper 

- Play doh 1 oz

- Bone folder

- Optional: Foam tape and Non-Stick scissors

Tips:

- The template comes in a zipped folder, you need to unzip the files to your computer.

• Mac: Double click the zipped folder to unzip it. 
• Windows PC, right click the zipped folder and choose Extract Here or Extract All.
• Phone or tablet, you will probably need an app to extract the files.

Get the Box Template for Play doh 1 Oz

The Box Template is for Play doh 1 oz includes SVG files for Cricut, DXF for Silhouette and PDF file to cut with scissors and craft knife.

The template fits in Letter size paper and A4 size paper. Also, it includes an assembly video tutorial.

Please note the template is a blank template, so it does not include the images or pattern. You can decorate the box with the theme of your choice.

How to cut the template:

CRICUT

- Upload the SVG Files in Cricut design space.

-  If you have a scoring wheel or scoring stylus, make sure to use the SVG files with solid lines and remember to set up the score lines, before sending to cut. Check out my tutorial to learn how to set up score lines in cricut design design space.

-  The SVG with dashed lines are intended to be cut, so you don’t need any scoring tool.

SILHOUETTE CAMEO

- Use the DXF file in Silhouette studio.

- I recommend using the DXF file with dashed lines.

BY HAND WITH SCISSORS AND CRAFT KNIFE

- To cut by hand, I recommend using the PDF file. 

- The PDF file template comes in Letter size paper.

- The PDF file is NOT EDITABLE.

Instructions:

1. Print the box template on cardstocks. Please note, you need to print the other pieces on paper, then trace on cardstock. 

2. Score along the lines using a bone folder. 

3. Cut the template with scissors. TIP: Use a craft knife to cut the small pieces.
