SUPPLIES
- Black cardstock
- Tissue paper
- Decorative thread
- Scissors
- Glue

TIPS
- If you choose another color of cardstock, I recommend print out the template on that cardstock instead of tracing it. You'll save a lot of time
- Make sure to download the PDF file to your computer, before printing. (You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader)
- If you do not want to make a tassel, you can leave a medium strip of thread, so that little ones can open their favors.
