Here's what you need:

- Free printable the little mermaid birthday banner

- Scissors

- Ribbon, thread or string

- 65 lb white cardstock

- Hole punch

Instructions to make the little mermaid banner:

1. Download the zipped folder in the link at the bottom of the post. Make sure to check the FAQ to learn how to download the file.

2. Unzip the Free Printable Little mermaid banner PDF file in your device.

3. Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

4. Print the banners on 8.5" x 11 cardstock.

5. Cut the banner with scissors or craft knife.
