Hi everyone! In today’s post, I'm making
some Baby Shower cards using my Onesie Templates! They’re adorable, easy to
make and you can choose your favorite onesie card template! Let's see how to
make the card!
If you're hosting a Baby Shower, these
cards are perfect as an invitations! You could also make a banner with
templates, just check out the photo at the bottom of the post to see how cute
they look!
- Onesie Card templates (Get them at the bottom of the post)
- Editable
invitation (Find them at the bottom of the post)
- Cardstock (Colors of your choice)
- Scissors, craft knife or cutting
machine
- Bone
folder
- Glue
You
can use your cutting machine or your scissors and craft knife to cut by hand.
- If you use your cutting machine, be sure to use the appropriate file ( SVG, PNG or DXF file) It'll depend on your cutting machine.
By hand
- If
you cut by hand, use the printable PDF or PNG files. To open the PDF
files, you'll need Adobe
Acrobat Reader, which is free and you
can download here.
- First,
print out the templates on cardstock and use your scissor to cut. Also,
you can print out on paper, then trace onto cardstock and cut it out.
1. Choose your favorite onesie card template.
2. Cut out templates using your cutting machine or your
scissors and craft knife.
3. Glue the embellishments to the base
card.
4. Attach the editable invitation to the
onesie card with glue.
5. You’re done!

TIPS
- For
best results, I recommend 65 lb / 176 cardstock up to 100 lb / 270
gsm.
- You'll need Adobe
Acrobat Reader to open the PDF files,
you can download for free here.
- The files come in a zipped folder, you
need to unzip or extract the files to your computer. On a Windows PC, right
click the zipped folder and choose Extract Here or Extract
All. On a Mac, just double click the zipped folder to unzip it.
- To edit the editable invitation card, you need to download to your computer. Because you won't be able to edit this in your internet browser or in Preview/ PDF reader. Then, unzip the file to your computer and fill in your own text in the highlighted fields on the invitation. Finally, save the changes you make and print on matte photo paper or any white paper.

Which onesie card is your favorite? I think my favorite is the Teddy bear onesie card, but I also adore the Elephant onesie card! 😉 I hope you enjoy this tutorial. If you make these cards, feel free to tag me on instagram or Facebook with your creations. I’d be happy to see what you create!
