Here are the supplies for the cake topper:

- Rainbow Cake Topper Template

- 65 lb Card stocks or 80 lb card stocks (Optional colors: Gold glitter cardstock, Pastel cardstock, Holographic and white cardstock)

- Cutting machines such as Cricut, Silhouette or ScanNCut, or a Printer and scissors

- Non-Stick scissors

- Precision Craft Glue

- Acrylic stick (Similar) 

- Bone folder

- Optional: Foam tape to create a 3D effect
